The hotel Is located on Porto Alegre downtown (old city), and was pratical for me because it is nearby my company's office.
The rooms are too old and there is a lack of cleanliness and staff organization.

specious room.
Staff speak poor english. Bad access for family with strollers or people with wheelchair. Location is good only for business trip, at night the downtown is not a pleasent place to be. Signs in English all written wrong...

The hotel was very affordable and had free WiFi which is always a plus. The location was also convenient as it was close to several shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions.
The room was outdated and not very well-maintained. The bed was uncomfortable and the walls were thin, so we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. We also had some issues with the air conditioning, which made the room uncomfortably stuffy. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Great location, within walking distance of key tourist spots and restaurants. the room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the minibar option available in the room, which was useful to keep our drinks cool during the hot weather.
The shower drain was clogged and we had to shower quickly to avoid flooding the bathroom.

The room was very spacious and clean. The shower had a good water pressure and the TV had access to a wide range of movie channels. The hotel is located in a much nicer area of the city, close to both downtown and a shopping center.

This hotel offers a great location, close to a shopping centre, and in the historic centre so you can enjoy the culture and sights. the rooms are clean, and the minibar is a nice touch. the breakfast is diverse and delicious, with plenty of options. Visitors can enjoy a view of the city.
Some of the staff could be more helpful.
